Job Description

Commercial Excellence

  • Shapes and executes regional commercial direction through rigorous evaluation of market dynamics, addressable opportunities, demand drivers, and competitive positioning, supported by comprehensive scenario and threat assessments.
  • Architects and executes multi‑year revenue roadmaps aligned with enterprise growth ambitions, translating strategic priorities into disciplined operating plans.
  • Converts long‑term growth aspirations into executable sales motions, performance targets, and governance frameworks, supported by best‑in‑class sales infrastructure and analytics.
  • Optimises territory architecture, channel coverage, and portfolio leverage to maximise penetration, profitability, and cross‑segment value creation.
  • Embeds performance management rigour through sales productivity metrics, deal outcome analysis, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Oversees the design and deployment of standardised commercial playbooks, including capability‑building programs focused on differentiated value messaging, solution positioning, and effective use of commercial enablement tools.
  • Continuously refines go‑to‑market approaches by integrating competitive intelligence, customer insights, and external market research.
  • Monitor regional market trends and macroeconomic developments to shape forward‑looking strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional/global marketing teams on positioning, communications, and customer channels.
  • Represent the business with industry bodies, partners, and key external stakeholders.



People & Leadership

  • Establishes and leads high‑performing, geographically distributed commercial organisations capable of delivering complex sales, service, and customer support outcomes.
  • Acts as a hands‑on leader, developing talent pipelines through coaching, mentorship, and targeted professional development initiatives.
  • Cultivates a resilient, engaged sales culture and proactively steers teams through organisational and market‑driven change.



Financial & Governance

  • Partner with finance and regional leadership to set and deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure robust commercial contracts, pricing discipline, working capital management, and credit risk controls.
  • Oversee compliant customer onboarding and ongoing contractual governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of senior commercial experience within specialty chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals or related industries; regional leadership experience required.
  • Proven ability to align strategy with execution and scale new growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence in matrixed global organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai; additional regional language capability advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region and internationally.
  • Recognised for building trusted relationships across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Effective collaborator capable of integrating diverse perspectives in the pursuit of long‑term value creation.
  • Experience leading organisations through transformation, ambiguity, and market disruption.
