Job Description

  • Lead and oversee large-scale cloud migration programs (on-prem → cloud, hybrid, or multi-cloud
  • Oversee cloud operations setup, governance, and optimization initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into solutions across retail and inventory category systems.
  • Drive workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee integration, data migration, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Advise on core retail operations (merchandising, inventory, pricing, promotions).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team members.
  • Ensure alignment with cloud architecture, security, and compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Project Management (Retail) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
  • 6+ years of experience implementing or supporting retail ERP or Cloud system.
  • Strong knowledge of retail or FMCG operations and business processes.
  • Solid functional and technical understanding of retail and inventory category systems.
  • Experience delivering projects in Agile or Waterfall environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design, configure, and test complex retail solutions independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites as required.
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English
