Job Description

  • Manage new product development and project implementation activities from quotation through mass production.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, action plans, and status reports.
  • Monitor project risks, costs, timing, and quality targets, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Lead customer communications regarding technical requirements, project updates, and issue resolution.
  • Support engineering change management and product transfer activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and automotive industry practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience within an engineering team in the PCB,Electronics or automotive industry.
  • Experience in project management, new product introduction (NPI), or product development activities.
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
