Job Description

  • Act as the owner's representative in coordinating with project management consultants and contractors on assigned project packages.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to support timely project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and ensure work is delivered according to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage interfaces across civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and security system disciplines.
  • Supervise site inspections, testing activities, non-conformance resolution, and punch-list closure.
  • Coordinate fire protection, emergency generator, CCTV, and access control system implementation and commissioning.
  • Support commissioning activities, sectional completion, and project handover to operations.
  • Review contractor claims, variation orders, and project changes to ensure technical compliance and cost control.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of construction or project engineering experience within industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, or process industries.
  • Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering systems, including utilities, fire protection, civil works, and building infrastructure.
  • Experience representing owners, consultants, or project management teams in coordinating contractors and ensuring project delivery.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English, with proficiency in project coordination and scheduling tools such as MS Project.
