Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage all program-related communications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects and production programs.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate expectations to Engineering, Quality, Materials, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and manage new product introduction (NPI) schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Coordinate quotations, re-quotations, purchase orders, and commercial activities with existing customers.
  • Monitor program performance, including quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance business performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and provide project status updates to stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Account Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Experience managing customer programs within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
