Job Description

  • Lead and oversee daily production operations and supporting functions to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
  • Establish and monitor production goals, performance metrics, and department KPIs.
  • Manage workforce planning, manpower utilization, labor efficiency, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate and supervise production teams to improve workflow, efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance business results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, quality, and operational discipline standards.
  • Analyze production performance, present operational metrics, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Develop and mentor supervisors, leaders, technicians, and operators to strengthen team capability and performance



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of manufacturing or production management experience.
  • Strong leadership experience managing production teams and driving operational performance.
  • Proven experience in productivity improvement, manpower planning, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
