Job Description

  • Oversee daily production operations for Heat Exchanger and Coil manufacturing to ensure efficient and stable output.
  • Execute production plans and monitor capacity to meet customer delivery commitments.
  • Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production and quality issues.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve productivity and process capability.
  • Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and operational losses.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to strengthen leadership, discipline, and problem-solving capabilities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a production management role.
  • Proven experience in Heat Exchanger, Coil, HVAC, Piping, or other process-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience managing high-volume production operations.
  • Good command of English and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multinational teams.
