Job Description

  • Manage and optimise production control processes to meet organisational goals.
  • Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and analyse production schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding production performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Experience in the procurement and supply chain field within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with production control and supply chain management systems.
