Job Description

  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Drive performance management and provide coaching to managers/employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experiences as HRBP in Manufacturing sizing 500 ppl.++
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and local labour regulations.
  • Ability to handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering results.
  • Good command in English
  • Thai Nationality
