Job Description

  • Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment with strong background on labor laws.
  • Experience is union labor with manufacturing background is preferred
  • Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, processes and all applicable HR laws/regulations and participates in audits.
  • Supporting the implementation of regional HR projects.
  • Overseeing the HRIS systems to handling any employee issues/concerns relating to the HRIS system.
  • Support and coordinate onsite with Admin Team as front-line contact person for the service of food vendor, employee uniform, van arrangement
  • Third party-sub contract monitoring as point of contact, coordinate on day one onsite orientation to related stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR business partnering role within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Thai Nationality
  • Good command in English
