Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans to drive recruitment, retention, and employee engagement aligned with business goals.
  • Manage Labour cost and Headcount control
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, overseeing sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding of high-calibre candidates.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving complex issues and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace environment.
  • Design and implement leadership development and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Thailand labour laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
  • Utilise HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for workforce planning and performance optimisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational growth and strategic objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role. Experience in manufacturing sites is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thailand employment laws and advanced HR best practices.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
