Our client is a leading global logistics provider.

Job Description

  • Lead continuous improvement projects across logistics operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Design and implement efficient transportation and delivery models that improve speed, cost effectiveness, service quality, and sustainability.
  • Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and develop actionable solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to generate insights, drive decision-making, and support strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop and enhance operational performance metrics, methodologies, and diagnostic tools to improve visibility and effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve cost reduction, service excellence, and operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement while leading and developing a team of operational excellence professionals.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations with exposure to process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, reporting, root cause analysis, and project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to drive change across cross-functional teams.
  • Very good communication in English
