The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support business growth through operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead production, maintenance, warehouse, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and control operational budgets, production costs, and resource utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, procurement, and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and prepare management reports with action plans for performance improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years+ of experience in manufacturing operations, with 3-5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
