Job Description

  • Lead and manage commercial functions including Sales, Specification, Marketing, Academy, and Technical teams to drive overall business performance.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company direction, ensuring growth across B2B, B2C, and dealer channels.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing key customer segments, including contractors, installers, developers, architects, and dealers in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
  • Expand market presence by identifying and developing new opportunities, including export markets in Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.
  • Provide coaching, leadership, and capability development to a diverse commercial team to enhance performance and collaboration.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and brand positioning through integrated sales, marketing, and technical support strategies.
  • Manage and optimise team performance while addressing challenges related to organisational alignment, team diversity, and change management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Sales / Commercial leadership, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing customer channels across B2B, B2C, and dealer networks.
  • Industry background in construction materials or related sectors, with solid understanding of contractor, installer, and project-based business environments.
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to develop strategies, interpret data, and make informed commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability, with experience managing and developing large sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Effective communicator in English, able to collaborate with regional and global technical teams included with Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Germany.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying new business opportunities, expanding markets, and driving continuous improvement.
