Job Description

  • Manage MRP and convert production plans into material purchase requirements.
  • Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery from approved suppliers.
  • Monitor material shortages, excess stock, and supply risks; adjust orders as needed.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective control of safety stock, MOQ, and reorder points.
  • Track supplier performance, delivery status, and resolve supply issues.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sourcing teams to support supply-demand alignment.
  • Ensure material availability and prevent production disruptions through proactive risk management.
  • Monitor and report key KPIs including OTD, inventory turnover, DOI, excess & obsolete inventory, and freight costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning parameters, MRP accuracy, data integrity, and cost-reduction initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in Material Planning, inventory Control
  • Good understanding in BOM, lead time, MOQ, production flow
  • Excellent English communication skill
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software (ERP / MRP system - Oracle, SAP, etc.)
