Job Description

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and localization of regional campaigns into the Thailand market
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including forecasting and lifecycle management
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear, actionable campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Drive timely and consistent execution across all marketing touchpoints
  • Manage trade marketing initiatives to enhance in-store performance and customer experience
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure strong alignment with brand standards and promotions
  • Mentor and lead team members across marketing, communications, and visual merchandising
  • Manage integrated communication strategies, including PR events and influencer collaborations
  • Ensure sustainability initiatives are incorporated into marketing activities
  • Own and optimize marketing budgets, tracking ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Generate market insights to inform strategy and improve performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments for alignment
  • Coordinate with external agencies, mall partners, and vendors on campaign execution
  • Define CRM campaign objectives, segmentation, and execution planning
  • Oversee omni-channel communication and ensure accurate product information for customer-facing teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Lead should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, product management, or brand management within retail or FMCG
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance/ROI
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
