Job Description

  • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term policy strategies
  • Design pricing and reimbursement strategies, including monitoring tools
  • Track and report policy changes, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead initiatives to improve growth, profitability, and market share
  • Create market access plans for product launches and lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams for execution
  • Prepare and submit value evidence to HTA and decision authorities
  • Manage stakeholder engagement strategies (e.g. public healthcare bodies)
  • Build strong relationships with government and industry stakeholders
  • Support business activities and special projects as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Market Access (Oncology) professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in market access and pricing within healthcare/pharma
  • Strong understanding of marketing and product strategy concepts
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proficient in standard computer and business tools
