Job Description

Engineering Design & Technical Delivery

  • Lead and deliver plumbing and fire protection system designs for building and infrastructure projects [Lead Hydra...s Engineer | Word], [Hydraulics Engineer | Word]
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations, analysis, and technical documentation
  • Apply relevant codes, standards, and engineering principles to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Support the development of design reports and technical submissions



BIM & Digital Delivery

  • Develop and manage Revit-based BIM models for plumbing and fire protection systems
  • Produce and review detailed drawings and construction documentation
  • Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist in maintaining regional BIM standards and templates



Coordination & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and clash detection sessions
  • Support information exchange between project stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Provide technical support during construction and delivery phases



Broader Exposure

  • Contribute to projects across Thailand and the wider region
  • Work with global teams, gaining exposure to international best practices



Leadership (for Manager-level candidates)

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Support project delivery planning and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Act as a key technical point of contact within project teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master' s Degree in Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in MEP building services design or construction industry.
  • Basic knowledge to apply principals to design modelling and drawing production.
  • Basic knowledge of the following software tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with the BIM Forum LOD Specification, plus AIA and NBIMS standards and best practices for BIM collaboration.
  • Keen to have knowledge on construction technology and construction practices.
  • Keen to learn new BIM tools, procedures, best practices.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Experience in building Plumbing and Fire Protection system, system design with a consulting engineering company will be an advantage.
  • Possession of Thai Professional Engineer License will be an advantage.
