The company is recognised for its strong commitment to sustainability, responsible business practices, and long-term operational excellence.Job DescriptionProvide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial, operational, regulatory, and compliance matters.Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal agreements.Support business compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.Assist in corporate governance initiatives and compliance programme activities.Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, auditors, and government agencies when required.Assist in managing disputes, litigation matters, and regulatory issues.Support matters relating to land, property, or operational assets where applicable.Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact business operations.Conduct legal research and prepare reports, presentations, and internal guidance materials.Deliver compliance and ethics awareness initiatives across the organisation.Maintain legal documentation, corporate records, and contract databases.Partner closely with business teams to identify legal risks and develop practical solutions.Support projects involving multiple stakeholders across different functions.Travel occasionally to operational sites as required.The Successful ApplicantA successful Legal Assistant Manager should have:Bachelor's Degree in Law.Approximately 5 years or moreof post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal environment.Experience in commercial contracts, compliance, dispute resolution, corporate law, infrastructure, real estate, natural resources, or related practice areas.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.Proven contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.What's on OfferCompetitive salary.Variable bonus.Provident fund contribution.Comprehensive medical claim coverage.Annual leave entitlement of 13 days.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Legal Assistant Manager to contribute to a prominent organisation in Bang Pa-In.
