Job Description

  • Lead and manage engineering and drafting teams for medium to large-scale structural projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Deliver structural designs, technical documentation, reports, proposals, and specifications aligned with client requirements.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with agreed standards, timelines, and project budgets.
  • Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, post-tensioned, and steel structures.
  • Support the delivery of building and property sector projects, including high-rise and large-scale developments.
  • Utilize structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and RAPT in project execution.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects and geographies to support integrated engineering solutions

  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical capability and professional development.
  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully within quality, schedule, and budget targets.
  • Build strong stakeholder and client relationships while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Strong experience in structural design, including RC, post-tensioned, and steel structures
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment preferred
  • Professional Engineer license in Thailand, level 2 for leadership level (สามัญวิศวกร)
  • Proficiency in tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or RAPT
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a collaborative environment
