Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with management and users to define priorities and manage the product roadmap.
  • Lead software design and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage development standards, code reviews, and team mentoring.
  • Own testing strategy across unit, integration, end-to-end, and automated testing.
  • Ensure successful delivery, stakeholder communication, and production support.
  • Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience with strong technical leadership.
  • Hands-on expertise in software architecture, application security, and scalable systems.
  • Experienced in Linux, Node.js, React.js, MySQL, PHP, Python,
  • Strong background in testing, quality assurance, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and lead development teams.
  • Good English communication skills.
