Job Description

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC testing laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all testing activities.
  • Oversee performance testing and validation of residential, light commercial, and VRF air conditioning systems against industry standards.
  • Monitor and validate critical performance parameters including temperature, pressure, airflow, refrigerant performance, and energy efficiency.=
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, international testing standards, and EHS requirements. =
  • Supervise test setup, instrumentation calibration, equipment maintenance, and laboratory safety practices. =
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for product performance deviations and testing issues. =
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders to support product development and validation activities. =
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives for engineers and technicians.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in HVAC testing, validation, or laboratory operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, testing methodologies, instrumentation, and performance diagnostics.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills covering mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills with proficiency in both Thai and English.
