Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share within the food and beverage segment by identifying high-potential categories and executing strategic sales plans across flavour, taste, juice concentrates, colour, and plant-based solutions.
  • Manage and develop existing key accounts while proactively building a strong pipeline of new customers and market opportunities, ensuring long-term business partnerships and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities by leveraging the full portfolio of products and services, translating customer needs into tailored value propositions and commercially viable solutions.
  • Develop and implement customised marketing and go-to-market strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an excellent and consistent customer experience aligned with market trends.
  • Take ownership of commercial planning, including product assortment, pricing strategies, contract terms, and margin optimisation to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Lead and coordinate customer projects and innovation initiatives, working closely with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.
  • Build strong customer relationships through active engagement and service excellence, while continuously monitoring competitor activities and market developments to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7-10 years of B2B sales experience within the food and beverage industry, ideally with a strong background in food ingredients and solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science & Technology or a related field, with solid technical understanding of F&B applications and product functionalities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, translating customer needs into practical and innovative solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a dynamic, results-driven approach and a high level of customer focus, combined with well-established relationships across key regional clients.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in digital sales tools and processes, and fluent communication in English.
