Job Description

    • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
    • Lead the delivery and enhancement of ERP, CRM, WMS, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
    • Manage end-to-end IT projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
    • Drive API integration initiatives to enable seamless data flow across business platforms.
    • Oversee application vendors and technology partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.
    • Lead and develop a small IT team while managing priorities across multiple projects.



The Successful Applicant

    • 7+ years of experience in IT, business applications, or technology management.
    • Strong experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, DMS, and API integrations.
    • Proven track record managing business application projects and stakeholder relationships.
    • Solid understanding of business processes across sales, customer service, finance, inventory, and operations.
    • Experience working with external vendors and system implementation partners.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
