This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations, enterprise IT, and digital innovation, acting as a strategic IT Business Partner to drive scalable, data-driven solutions across the value chain.

Job Description

  • Define and prioritise the product backlog to align with the company's technology and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of technology projects by monitoring progress and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Communicate product vision and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and review sessions to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and suggest enhancements for optimal results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner/IT Business Partner Lead should have:

  • A strong understanding of the retail industry and its technology requirements.
  • Proven experience in product management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
