We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead investment origination, transaction execution, and strategic growth initiatives in Thailand. This is a highly entrepreneurial position that combines business development, investment management, stakeholder engagement, and market expansion within the digital infrastructure and energy sectors.

Job Description

  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across infrastructure, energy, and digital asset sectors in Thailand.
  • Originate new transactions through industry networks, strategic partnerships, and market engagement.
  • Conduct commercial, financial, technical, and operational due diligence on potential investments.
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Structure transactions and support negotiations with investors, partners, and counterparties.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution through signing, closing, and post-investment integration activities.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporates, financial institutions, utilities, and government stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth.
  • Act as a key local representative for the organization within Thailand's infrastructure and investment ecosystem.
  • Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Deliver market intelligence and strategic insights to support regional investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Thailand market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, legal, financial, and operational teams across the wider organization.
  • Support portfolio growth and value creation initiatives following investment completion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, infrastructure investment, project development, or private equity.
  • Strong track record in investment origination and successful transaction execution.
  • Deep understanding of Thailand's infrastructure, energy, utilities, or digital infrastructure sectors.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
