Job Description

Reporting to the Partner in Singapore, you will take ownership of the Thailand (market) investment strategy and execution activities across infrastructure-related opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Originate, assess and execute investment opportunities across digital infrastructure, power and adjacent sectors
  • Lead end-to-end transaction processes including evaluation, structuring, diligence, negotiation and completion
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of investment and partnership opportunities
  • Develop strategic relationships with corporates, financial institutions, infrastructure operators and government-related stakeholders
  • Conduct market analysis and identify emerging trends, investment themes and growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with technical, financial and legal teams to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Support the development and execution of the company's Thailand growth strategy and future market expansion plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Principal should have:

  • More than six years of experience within investment banking, infrastructure investing, project development or related sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing and executing complex investment transactions
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, power, utilities, digital infrastructure or related industries
  • Established network across Thailand's corporate, investment and infrastructure ecosystem
  • Experience managing investment processes from origination through to execution and portfolio value creation
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in data centres, renewable energy, power infrastructure or related asset classes will be advantageous
