As the Indirect Procurement Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to optimize sourcing strategies, enhance supplier performance, and lead cost-saving and process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions. This is a highly visible individual contributor role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive procurement initiatives independently.

Our client is a well-established international organization operating across multiple markets worldwide.

Job Description

  • Lead indirect procurement strategies across categories such as marketing, retail fit-out, facilities, IT, logistics, and corporate services.
  • Drive sourcing projects end-to-end, including tender management, supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving, process improvement, and value creation opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business leaders to support procurement planning and category strategies.
  • Manage supplier performance, qualification, risk assessment, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Develop procurement analytics, spend reporting, KPI dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, category management, and procurement governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement reporting tools.
