Job Description

  • Develop and implement identity and access management (IAM) strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored IAM systems.
  • Conduct IAM system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimisation and performance improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Support the integration of IAM systems with existing client technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver documentation, including user guides and technical reports.
  • Offer post-implementation support and training to ensure smooth system adoption.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IAM Senior Consultant should have:

  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and technologies.
  • Experience with implementing IAM solutions in professional services or related industries.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing IAM tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse complex technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications or training in IAM or related technologies.
