About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international retail organization with a strong footprint in Thailand. As part of our continued growth, they are seeking a capable and experienced HRM Manager to lead and strengthen our payroll operations and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a large-scale payroll team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across a high employee volume environment
  • Manage and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs including salary structures, incentives, and benefits schemes
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Coach, develop, and strengthen team capabilities, driving performance and accountability
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll and HR operational processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and practical recommendations on payroll and C&B matters
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR operations effectively support organizational needs
  • Deliver accurate reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with strong focus on payroll operations and Compensation & Benefits
  • Proven experience in managing a large payroll team and handling high-volume payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of Thai payroll, taxation, and labor law compliance
  • Background in large organizations, retail, or FMCG environments is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive process improvements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Good command of English
