As Business Partner, Talent Intelligence & Analytics be the strategic advisor who turns data into decisions. You'll leverage SAP HR, and AI-powered tools like, Visier to drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and future skills development. Job Description

  • Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategy into actionable workforce insights.
  • Deliver predictive dashboards, skills heatmaps, and talent intelligence reports using SAP HR and AI powered tools like Visier etc
  • Apply AI-powered HR solutions-from chat bots to sentiment analysis-to elevate employee experience and HR efficiency.
  • Provide market intelligence to guide succession planning, reskilling, and org design.
  • Co-create AI-driven learning pathways with L&D for future-ready talent.
  • Champion ethical data practices and governance across all HR analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with HR Operations Manager on rolling out of key projects



Please note : This role requires driving to sites from time to time in Bangkok and Eastern Sea Board

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field 7+ years in HR or business partnering with strong analytics exposure
  • Experience with HR tech (PowerApps, Power BI, Tableau; SQL/Python a plus)
  • Ability to influence leaders through data-driven storytelling Experience working across local, regional & global HR teams
