Job Description

  • Develop and execute the organization's Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead compensation design, including salary structures, benchmarking, incentive plans, and executive rewards.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive annual compensation review cycles, salary planning, bonus processes, and promotion frameworks.
  • Provide strategic insights using market intelligence, workforce analytics, and reward trends.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support talent attraction, retention, and organizational transformation.
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance in all reward-related policies, processes, and programs.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of reward technologies, tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, benefits providers, and benchmarking partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Total Rewards team.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial expertise in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Proven leadership experience managing reward strategies within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, incentive design, and benefits management.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing senior leadership decisions.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
