Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to optimise performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with procurement to maintain inventory standards.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Retail Operations - (Global Sport & Lifestyle) should have:

  • Proven expertise in retail operations and sales management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry, particularly in Bangkok.
