Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they align with objectives.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within project workflows.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise systems, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or any other retail system.
  • Experience in designing and managing AI projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Strong experience in retail operations and business processes, including merchandising, inventory, pricing, replenishment, and store management.
  • Experience working with regional or multi-country implementations across Asia Pacific or other international markets.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
