Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end new product development from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and optimize products.
  • Identify innovation opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure successful and timely product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of New Product Development (Skincare) should have:

  • Proven experience in new product development (NPD), preferably within the retail or consumer products industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and agency management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
