About Our Client

An established company operating within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, based in Bangkok.

Job Description

    • Serve as the strategic IT Business Partner to the CEO and C-suite leaders, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities.
    • Develop and execute the IT and digital transformation roadmap to support organizational growth and competitiveness.
    • Lead and optimize the SAP ecosystem, ensuring business process effectiveness, scalability, and value realization.
    • Drive enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI strategies to enhance decision-making, forecasting, automation, and business performance.
    • Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and end-user services.
    • Establish robust cybersecurity, risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
    • Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and service delivery performance.
    • Build and lead a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of IT should have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Retail organizations.
    • Strong experience leading SAP environments, including ERP transformation and optimization initiatives.
    • Proven track record in Data, Analytics, AI, and digital transformation delivery.
    • Solid understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT service management.
    • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic business decisions.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong focus on business outcomes and value creation.
