  • Manage and oversee the delivery of IT solutions across various projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure that all IT projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to IT solution delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity in IT delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Enterprise Applications & Service Delivery should have:
