Job Description

  • Develop and execute the international business strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead the overall P&L for the international business and deliver sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop market entry strategies across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other priority regions.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, strategic partners, and key customers across international markets.
  • Drive commercial excellence by establishing clear sales strategies, channel development plans, pricing strategies, and performance management frameworks.
  • Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews for international operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, and Operations to ensure successful execution of international growth initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, consumer insights, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Evaluate M&A, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth opportunities where appropriate.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing international commercial organization with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Represent the company with key distributors, customers, government agencies, and industry partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of commercial leadership experience, with significant exposure to international business management.
  • Proven track record of driving international sales growth within FMCG, food and beverage, consumer products, healthcare consumer products, or related industries.
  • Strong experience managing regional or global distributor networks across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading international market expansion and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Solid commercial acumen with strong P&L management experience.
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with distributors and strategic partners.
  • Ability to speak Thai and English
