Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the institutional business segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Institutional Business should have:

  • Proven experience in institutional business development within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary between THB 2,400,000 and THB 3,000,000.
  • Variable bonus (VB bonus).
