This role will drive digital product development, innovation, software engineering excellence, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable technology operations.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the IT and digital technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead digital product development and delivery, creating engaging customer and business experiences.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies, AI, automation, and digital platforms.
  • Build and lead high-performing Software Engineering, Data, and IT teams.
  • Establish modern engineering practices, agile delivery, and DevOps capabilities.
  • Develop enterprise data strategy, analytics, and data governance to enable actionable business insights.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, infrastructure reliability, and compliance across all technology environments.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify and deliver technology-enabled opportunities.
  • Reporting to: CEO / COO

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Information Technology should have:

    • 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including digital product and software engineering functions.
    • Proven track record in leading digital transformation and innovation programs.
    • Strong expertise in product development, cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics, and AI technologies.
    • Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering and technology teams.
    • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in media, entertainment, digital content, or consumer-focused industries is highly preferred.
