Job Description

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the leadership team.
  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, learning and development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Drive talent and organizational development initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and build a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures remain compliant with local employment legislation and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with regional HR stakeholders on the implementation of group-wide HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters.
  • Lead change management and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Deliver HR insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading the HR function within the financial services industry, such as banking, insurance, asset management, securities, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Strong HR Business Partnering background with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Broad HR generalist experience covering both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Thai employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a multinational or regional environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
