Job Description

  • Lead full-spectrum financial planning and analysis across revenue, cost of goods, operating expenses, and working capital
  • Partner closely with the country leadership team to shape business strategy and drive performance outcomes
  • Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to support decision-making and target setting
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes
  • Ensure strong cost control, including rebates and discounts, to optimize margins and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional business controlling across local and regional stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with regional finance teams and manage intercompany and service fee structures
  • Drive financial governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks in line with global standards
  • Oversee statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and financial operations
  • Manage transfer pricing and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Lead and develop the finance team, building strong capabilities and succession pipeline
  • Collaborate with shared service centers and global teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems, processes, and data analytics enhancements

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of finance experience in multinational environments across commercial and manufacturing contexts
  • Proven leadership experience with strong business partnering and influencing capabilities
  • Solid technical expertise in accounting, compliance, and financial controls (CPA or audit background is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools
  • Fluent communication skills in both Thai and English
