Job Description

  • Lead the overall commercial finance and business partnering function.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to drive business performance.
  • Provide actionable insights on sales, margins, profitability, and operational KPIs.
  • Develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Evaluate new store openings, expansion initiatives, and investment opportunities.
  • Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and menu/product profitability analysis.
  • Deliver financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Establish performance dashboards and reporting frameworks for business leaders.
  • Drive productivity improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions.
  • Lead monthly business reviews and performance discussions with management teams.
  • Ensure robust financial controls while maintaining a commercially focused mindset.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Act as a key contributor to long-term strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering and Commercial Finance leadership roles.
  • Strong background within food retail, QSR, restaurant, FMCG retail, or multi-site consumer businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, communication, and leadership skills.
