About Our Client

The organisation operates in the retail industry in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • Lead overall business strategy, portfolio development and P&L performance.
  • Drive brand positioning, growth and market competitiveness across multiple brands.
  • Oversee product strategy, merchandising, pricing and inventory management.
  • Lead large-scale retail operations across standalone stores, department store Shop-in-Shop and online channels.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships with international brand principals, licensors and key retail partners.
  • Drive profitability, operational excellence and organizational development.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or consumer retail.
  • Proven track record in multi-brand management and full P&L ownership.
  • Strong commercial, merchandising and retail operations expertise.
  • Experience managing large retail networks and strategic business partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English.
