Job Description

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead SAP/ERP transformation across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
  • Identify and implement advanced technologies to optimise production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
  • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and business leaders.
  • Lead ERP implementation, optimisation and integration across key functions.
  • Monitor and analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital manufacturing.
  • Train and support staff in adopting new technologies and processes.
  • Develop strategies to future-proof manufacturing operations through innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Digital Manufacturing Transformation professional should have:

  • A strong background in digital manufacturing and process optimisation.
  • Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or regulated Manufacturing
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing advanced technologies in production.
  • Experience in analysing data to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
