Job Description

  • Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of IT applications to support business operations.
  • Lead a team of developers and support staff, ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements.
  • Oversee system upgrades and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and ensure systems are operational with minimal downtime.
  • Monitor and evaluate application performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on application performance and project progress to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Application Services should have:
