Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple business units, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Own portfolio planning, budget management, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and improve operational outcomes.
  • Champion modern delivery practices including Agile, DevSecOps, cloud adoption, and engineering excellence.
  • Lead and develop high-performing technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage risks, governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Drive AI transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, automation, quality, and data-driven decision making.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in IT delivery, technology management, and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, digital platforms, software delivery, cloud environments, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios, budgets, and senior stakeholder relationships, including executive-level engagement.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery, SDLC, cloud architectures, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to lead global or matrix organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and people leadership skills.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally when required.
