Job Description

* Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

* Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to evaluate operational efficiency and key cost drivers.

* Deliver financial analysis and business recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions.

* Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.

* Assess new projects through financial feasibility studies, investment evaluation, and risk analysis.

* Review and track capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected returns.

* Identify financial risks and business opportunities while recommending process enhancements.

* Support and lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational and financial performance.

* Work closely with regional finance teams and key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

* Coach and develop junior team members in financial analysis and business partnering capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance.

* Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

* Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.

* Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business recommendations.

* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience evaluating capital expenditure projects and investment returns is an advantage.

* Good command of English with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and regions.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from THB 1,296,000 to THB 1,800,000.
  • Fixed gas allowance of THB 8,000.
