The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and commercial functions, gaining valuable exposure to a fast-paced and highly dynamic consumer goods environment.

Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze operating expenses, identifying trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive cost discipline and improve financial performance.
  • Deliver insightful management reports, dashboards, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity performance through accurate forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Assess working capital drivers and identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and efficiency.
  • Investigate variances and provide clear recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to strengthen reporting accuracy and forecasting effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial governance, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other key stakeholders on strategic and ad hoc projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Management Reporting, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial performance management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders.

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary between 100,000 THB and 150,000 THB.
  • Bonus: 1-2 months
  • Provident fund: 5%.
