Job Description

  • Deliver accurate, timely financial reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare insightful P&L reports with variance analysis and executive commentary.
  • Collaborate with department representatives to streamline financial and reporting processes.
  • Lead financial planning and rolling forecast cycles, including data collection and uploads to SAP.
  • Ensure high‑quality, on‑time report submissions.
  • Verify project schedules, accrued income, and reconciliations to maintain integrity.
  • Define unit costs and financial targets for profit centers and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate with Central Controlling on SAP material code setup and related configurations.
  • Track non‑billable pending projects, liaising with Account Management and Business teams.
  • Support pricing consolidation and planning across central and regional controlling teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5-8 years of FP&A experience with a strong track record.
  • Expertise with ERP accounting systems; SAP BW knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills for business cases and cost breakdowns.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for impactful reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
